Should I place
my order online or over the phone? When should I call?
In most cases, your
order will ship fastest if you place the order online. We will make every attempt
to expedite your phone order, but we recommend online ordering unless you have no
other option. Some phone orders may take one additional business day to be processed
and shipped.
Feel free to call
us if you are having trouble placing your order online. If you call outside
our business hours, please don’t hesitate to leave us a message. If you request
or require a call back, we will get back to you just as soon as we can. Please be
patient with our callback time as we occasionally have a very large call volume.

correct billing address for your card, and leave a phone number in case we require
verbal confirmation.
PayPal - You must either be
a verified PayPal member, or be shipping to a confirmed address.

How do I remove the tax from my order?
We are currently not setup
to support resellers as of yet. Please check back later.
When will my order
ship?
Orders placed before
2:00pm PST Monday to Friday will ship same day for items in inventory unless considered
"made to order", and all other orders will ship the following
business day. This excludes holidays and weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or
Sunday will ship out on Monday. Please be sure to leave a valid daytime phone number
when placing your order.
How are shipping
charges calculated?
The minimum shipping
weight is 1 pound. The total weight is calculated by (item weight x Qty). Ordering
(3) 1lb items will total (3) pounds, and ordering (5) 1.25lbs will total (7) pounds.
Insurance is included in our shipments. In most cases adding accessories to your
order will not increase your shipping charges. When will my order ship?
